Movie: "Why Shoot the Teacher?" (1977)

In the 1930's, Max Brown is an urban young man from an Eastern province, fresh from college, whose only job offer is in a one-room school house in the Canadian prairie. At first he's distant, superior, lonely, and bewildered; his students are rebellious. Over the course of the year, he is drawn to Alice Field, the wife of a farmer, in a love that can lead nowhere. But, he and his students connect, a connection that matters and lasts.

Movie: "Johnny Come Lately" (1943)
James Cagney, Grace George
Areporter who is tramping around the country (reading Pickwick Papers) who gets into trouble in a corrupt town, but is helped by the owner of a newspaper (Grace George, an old friend of Cagney's, in her only movie role). Together they take on the local machine, with assistance from George Cleveland and Marjorie Main among others. That Edward McNamara finally admits defeat is actually due to him not being the real villain in the film (his police chief, an ex-convict, is the real villain.

The West Wing 2.11 - "The Leadership Breakfast" (2001)
Toby wants to use a bipartisan breakfast to discuss real issues instead of making it a staged event; Sam floats the idea of moving the press room across the street; Leo wants Josh to apologize to a columnist on his behalf; Leo and Toby realize they need to start thinking about reelection.

The West Wing 2.12 - "The Drop In" (2001)
Sam meticulously prepares a speech for the President to give to the environmental lobby, but Toby wants to sneak in some criticism of their failure to condemn environmental terrorism. Leo tries to convince the President to support his pet project - a missile defense shield - despite its continued failure to produce results, and the fact that it likely contravenes an anti-ballistic missile treaty. Several countries including Great Britain have sent new ambassadors to Washington to be recognized by the White House.

Chuck becomes worried when Sarah goes to extreme measures to help his mother take down Alexei Volkoff. Ellie and Devon have trouble deciding the name of their new baby.

Chuck 4.13 - "Chuck Versus the Push Mix" (2011)
Chuck and Morgan embark on a mission to take down Alexei Volkoff, while Sarah tries to rescue Chuck's mom. Casey tries to get to know his daughter better, and Ellie eases Devon into fatherhood.

Mad Men 5.03 - "Tea Leaves" (2012)
Betty discovers that she has a tumor, Peggy interviews an obnoxious young copywriter for a job, the firm tries to get the Mohawk Airlines account back, and Don and Harry try to court The Rolling Stones to record a commercial.

Mad Men 5.04 - "Mystery Date" (2012)
Three news items affect the SCDP staff and their families. The first news item is the rape and murder of nurses in Chicago. Although Henry's mother Pauline, who is babysitting Sally while Henry and Betty are on a business trip, doesn't believe such news stories should be heard or read by someone of Sally's age, it ultimately becomes a meeting point for the two in what is otherwise an antagonistic relationship. The second news items is the general race riots taking place across the country.

Stiles is put into a mental hospital where he believes he will be safe from the Nogitsune. Will he be as far away from it as he thinks or closer than ever? Meanwhile Scott, Allison and Lydia look for a cure for Stiles.

Teen Wolf 3.21 - "The Fox and the Wolf" (2014)
Whilst Allison, Derek, Chris and Sheriff Stilinski try to track down Nogitsune, Kira's mother tells the story of the Nogitsune she came to know.

WKRP in Cincinnati 4.08 - "Jennifer and the Will" (1981)
When an elderly gentleman friend of Jennifer's dies, the man's family blames her for stealing his fortune.

Mother Carlson hires a radio doctor to evaluate the station and Andy worries when the doctor threatens to write a poor review if the station doesn't buy his services.

Andy wants a new transmitter for the station, and visits Mrs Carlson to ask for it. Andy ends up taking her out to discuss business, but she seems to want more than that.

Arthur and Carmen attend his college reunion. He finds out their first date was because someone dared her to go out with him. Bailey wants to get a computer for billing. Venus tries to impress a new date.

Detective Arthur Dietrich from the 12th Precinct drops by for lunch as Fish wonders if Victor has become a dangerous firebug.

The Crawley family faces its severest test yet. Meanwhile, new faces try to fit into the tight-knit circle of servants. New evidence turns up in a baffling case.

Mini-Series; Mussolini: The Untold Story (1985)

The rise and fall of the Italian fascist dictator, Benito Mussolini. This seven hour mini-series is based on the memories of Vittorio Mussolini, the oldest son of Italian dictator Benito Mussolini. The film opens in 1922 as Mussolini gathers his power through the use of his Black Shirt militia. Promoting himself as Caesar reincarnate, Il Duce gains a national fervor that peaks after the Italian invasion of Abyssinia (Ethiopia) in 1935. In 1938, Mussolini attempted to promote peace at a Munich conference. Nonetheless he aligned himself with Hitler and drew his country into World War II. Of course, this led to his country's downfall and his total dishonour.
