Bob not only outsmarts the team as well as fiends, actually those who escaped justice, but also intrude Annie's home, after she foolishly provoked him, to force her to deputize him.

Serial killer Curt Seaver, a cunning literature professor, served eight prison years in a wheelchair, but uses all four limbs to kill both correctional officers during his umpteenth transport. Ed Castwick, who writes a book on Seaver, offers his expertise, not least about 'revenge' on women resembling Curt's abusive mother, who consider her bastard doomed from birth. Annie rather promises a courier service to get advice from prison ward-mate Mason Boyle. Jimmy has a hard time trusting Luke now he knows the golden boy lied to hide his political roots.

When Col. Potter learns of an informant feeding negative reports on his command bad enough to prompt an outside inspection, he decides to retire.

While dealing with a long stretch of surgery duty, Winchester gets addicted to amphetamines. And Radar sets up a mouse race competition between the 4077th and a group of cocky Marine patients.

Eddie and Lou are a couple of two-bit con men on the lam from a loan shark. They hide out in someone's house and they hear on the answering machine that (A) the owner of the house is out of the country for a month or two and (B) the housesitter supposed to watch the house for the absent owner won't be able to watch the house due to a new job in another part of the country. This provides for a pretty nifty arrangement for Eddie and Lou...until the relatives of the house owner drop by to visit. Eddie quickly adopts the guise of the person supposedly housesitting for the owner, and the shenanigans start from there.

A drama focusing on the suffering, torture, and brutal treatment the American P.O.W.s had to deal with daily while in North Vietnam's Hoa Lo Prison, the most infamous P.O.W. camp in Hanoi. The film focuses on the resistance the prisoners gave to their captors and the strong bonds formed by the Americans during their captivity.
