But instead of taking him in, Jimmy decides to turn him over to Cordova's competitor so that he could get him to tell where Annie is. Luke is not comfortable with it. Annie learns that a boy is also being held captive who is the son of the prosecutor who helped Cordova kill the witnesses against him.

Meanwhile an IA investigation causes a trust crisis as Luke is wanted as key witness against Jimmy's illegal methods to save Annie at all costs.
