Fitch is trying to enjoy time with his son Bobby but he can't escape his New York past when Albert Stram makes an appearance in Detroit and starts making threats. When an entire family is brutally murdered Fitch works to piece the crime together and comes to a devastating conclusion. Leaving Washington to guard Bobby, Fitch, Longford and Mahajan head out to ensnare Stram. In order to save his family and the squad, Fitch will have to choose which side of the law to come down on. Longford wonders if it's too late to postpone his retirement.

Harley and Marlboro decide to help him by robbing the corrupt bank. Unfortunately they target the wrong safety transport and get hold of an amount of a new synthetic drug. Now they are targeted both by criminal bankers and killers of the drug mob.
