In the opener to the second season, troubled Tommy Gavin is having a difficult time adjusting to life at his new uneventful firehouse after the volatile split with his old crew. On top of this he is still looking for his missing wife who has kidnapped his three children and he has to come to terms with the fact that his dead cousin’s wife is pregnant with his baby. His frustrations come to a head and he has a meltdown with a street vendor selling 9/11 memorabilia.

Tour of Duty 1.16 - "Gray-Brown Odyssey" (1988)
Goldman, Horn, Calhoun, and Pointer are returning to the base after spending two days in the rear. Their Jeep hits a mine, wounding Calhoun and Pointer. Goldman is blinded when a fire extinguisher blows up in his face. A squad of VC arrive and open fire. Calhoun and Pointer are killed by the attack, Goldman is blinded. In the end Horn chases after the sole surviving VC only to find that she's a woman. He captures her and takes her back to the hut where's he's left the blinded Goldman. Horn then, after much argument, goes after help for Goldman. The woman manages to signal to other villagers for help and so Goldman, blinded, must rig his rifle to her head, marching her off into his "blind landscape" so that they can escape the VC that she has called on to help her. As they escape they run into a great deal of trouble, starving families, groups of VC and even a group of Americans who fire on them. In the end, by the time Horn finds them, the woman has died in Goldman's arms, leaving Myron to return to the firebase with a far different perspective on the "enemy".

A.J.'s high school sweetheart shows back up in his life after twenty years. She wants Rick and A.J. to investigate her brother's death. Only his death occurred many years ago at a "Concert for Peace".

Detroit 1-8-7 1.01 - "Pilot" (2010)
Veteran Homicide Det. Louis Fitch and his new partner Det. Damon Washington investigate a double homicide at a pharmacy. Washington, who is working his first day in Homicide and becomes ill at the site of the dead bodies, suggests that it is a drug deal gone bad, but Fitch and Det. Ariana Sanchez see indications that there might be more to the killings. Meanwhile, retiring Sgt. Jesse Longford and partner Det. Aman Mahajan search for the killer of a divorce attorney found shot to death at the rail yards. As the two cases intersect, police find themselves in a race against time to stop the killing spree.

Detroit 1-8-7  1.02 - "Local Hero/Overboard" (2010)
Stone teams with Sanchez to look into the murder of Calvin Gibbs, a local football hero. The prime suspect turns out to be Calvin's brother, a former felon and gang member. Longford and Mahajan check out the disappearance of a groom from a wedding reception. When Alice Williams from the Wayne County Prosecutor's office asks the police to deal with the fallout from a recent police precinct incident, Fitch is ordered to speak with the press.

Detroit 1-8-7  1.03 - "Nobody's Home/Unknown Soldier" (2010)
A woman murdered in an apparent robbery is the latest assignment for Fitch & Washington and Longford & Majahan but it's not as straightforward as it appears. The victim was a squatter in Brush Park. Stone and Sanchez are working on the case of a murdered teenager found with his father who although severely beaten is still alive. The case uncovers a scam involving vintage cars.

Season Finale
Jack is haunted by the memory of Tina as her birthday approaches. His friends try to offer their help and comfort, but Jack seems to have lost his way especially the reasons he helps others.

Hack 2.12 - "Calibrated Arguments" (2004)
Mike's treated as a hometown hero after he fatally shoots a mugger in self-defense. While struggling to come to terms with this unwanted fame, he is served notice that he's being sued by the mother of the man who robbed him. Adding to the headaches, Jamie gets a job driving a taxi and decides that he needs to be packing a gun for his own protection.

King Arthur and his knights embark on a low-budget search for the Grail, encountering many very silly obstacles.

Laverne & Shirley 6.13 - "I Do, I Do" (1981)
The girls meet two British band-mates, who take them to a Hollywood party. In an attempt to avoid drug use going on, they eat "brownies" instead. The end result causes them to agree to marry the two, who'll pay less taxes by having wives.

A parody of the "Up Series" of British documentaries, in which a filmmaker follows Homer and his friends from grade school into their 40s.

The Simpsons 14.16 - "'Scuse Me While I Miss The Sky" (2003)
Lisa becomes interested in astronomy and starts fighting the light pollution which is preventing her from being able to enjoy her new hobby.
