Traders 2.08 - "Top of the Tombstone" (1997)
While Marty is hell-bent on defeating his new arch-enemy McGrath over at CanCorp Jack is hell-bent on defeating them in his own way, by usurping a new deal for the Jakarta Harbour project. He makes several failing attempts before Jansky comes up with a model that would allow them to make the deal. Marty challenges CanCorp to a Charity trading contest, but the loose by a narrow margin. He then challenges McGrath to a winner take all marathon run, not realizing McGrath is actually a Marathon runner. In order to finish in the top 20 Marty must cheat and take the Subway. He defeats McGrath, but not due to his sly nature. McGrath gets hit by a bicycle courier before the race, knocking him unconscious. Marty then places a side bet of fifty dollars betting he won't be awake before the end of the weekend. CanCorp discovers GR's attempting to "steal" their deal, and promises that GR will have NOTHING to do with the new consortium on Jakarta Harbour, but after GR manages to woo him to their side, Adam is able to take great pride in shutting out David Aston of CanCorp. Through all of this Kathy is struggling to put her shattered family back together. Sean's presence is starting to take its toll on Jack, who also wants to see him return home with his mother. The two have an argument, and he storms off. It turns out that he does not return home, but goes to live on the street as a Squeegee kid. The trading floor disbands to hunt for him, after they realize he's missing. It is Benny who finds him. In a heated exchange between Adam and Jack, Adam flaunts the fact that he owns the majority of shares in the bank. Jack insists Sally sell him his share of the bank. She does, but sells it at 3X book value.

Tour of Duty 3.14 - "Dead Man Tales" (1990)
Team Viking earns a 3-day pass and then promptly gets itself in trouble because of their brawling. While the major is reading every one out about this, a shot from the jungle kills him. Anderson assigns Bell and Doc to work at the orphanage and takes the rest of them out. Goldman is sent out to find the sniper "or else". McKay's new gunner opens fire on the Americans below him -- by mistake -- killing a large number of them. The Team gets thoroughly drunk and Bell climbs up on the top of a building and ends up falling to his death. When the others realize what has happened they decide to get him listed as KIA. McKay, meanwhile, goes after the sniper himself!

The staff creates a singing commercial aimed at "young and swingin'" listeners. But Mr. Carlson feels that this isn't the kind of commercial he wants on his station.

The Sweathogs soon tire of Freddie as leader. Mr. Woodman even admits that he misses Barbarino. Julie and Vinnie turn up at the apartment, and Mr. Kotter has a heartfelt talk with them about the situation. Fortunately, all is forgiven, with Julie moving back home and Vinnie returning to class.

Jerry takes Kramer to his self-storage where they discover that Newman has been hiding bags of mail. George finds out he can't get his apartment because the tenant association is going to give it to an Andrea Doria survivor. Elaine is told her date won't be making it because he's been stabbed. She is aroused by the situation. Kramer's cold is getting bad and he's not going to the doctor, they botched his vasectomy, he's more potent now than ever. Jerry tries to get Newman to get rid of the mail; however, he's not interested because he didn't get the transfer to Hawaii. Kramer finds a dog with a cold that he volunteers to take to the vet, so he can get medicine for their colds. Elaine meets her blind date who gets coffee thrown in his face from another ex-girlfriend. She discovers his problem is that he is a "bad breaker upper." George confronts his rival for the apartment and decides to wage war. Elaine's blind date breaks up with her and tells she has "a big head." From a suggestion by Jerry, George asks for a hearing with the association and tells them the story of his life. Jerry forms "an alliance" with Newman that will hopefully get him out of his life forever. Jerry tries to get Kramer to take his medication. He discovers that Kramer is taking dog medication and beginning to exhibit the signs of being a dog. The big head comment begins to hold true for Elaine and she makes a comment about jamming "a fork in his forehead." Jerry tries to take Kramer to a real doctor. After Kramer bites Newman's ankle, Jerry offers to deliver the rest of his mail. He is too efficient for the post office. Elaine meets up with her blind date and makes good on her promise. Kramer saves the day. George and the survivor don't get the apartment.
