While appearing on the financial talkshow "Money File" Sally, Adam, and Jack are ambushed by the host as he reveals several key bits of highly classified information. The leak causes GR to scramble in order to make a series of payments on the Jakarta Harbour Project. Marty is forced to raise 65 million in one day, a nearly impossible task, and he fails miserably at it. During a game of Racquet ball a friend of Adam's tells him he wants to sell his sports management business and retire. He asks Adam to broker the deal, and make sure that its as good as it can be. Kathy asks Grant to hide some boxes for her, when he asks what they're for she concedes that Benny is moving in with her. In order to save the deal Jack must sell a 65 million dollar stake in the Jakarta Harbour deal to the Seoul Pacific Bank, a move that forces GR to sell them a seat on the board, and they loose their autonomy.

Tour of Duty 3.16 - "Acceptable Loses" (1990)
Team Viking takes off on another Fontaine mission, where they run into heavy contact. McKay arrives back at the LZ to rescue them, only to end up being fired on by missiles. He has no choice but to leave without Taylor, Ruiz and Private Woznaik. They attempt to make it back to their own lines on their own. The team goes back to check for their men -- McKay gets tricked by the VC and nearly killed -- only Taylor's self-sacrificing smoke grenade gets the chopper pilot back up in time. Wozniak ends up dead of a snake bite, leaving Ruiz and Taylor on their own. As the days pass, Taylor and Ruiz are replaced by two new soldiers, including 44-year-old PFC Thoams "Pop" Scarlett, a lifer with a unique perspective on the war.

The investigation centers on the relationship the dead woman had with a present-day congressman. Apparently, the victim in the current homicide probed into the earlier slaying and discovered damning new evidence. Elsewhere, Lilly spies Kite flirting with a new ADA and gets jealous.
