The Six Million Dollar Man 5.01 - "Sharks (1)" (1977)
The OSI is deploying an electronic deep sea distant warning system and it has suddenly stopped communicating. A stingray-class submarine is dispatched to investigate, but encounters problems and sinks. Steve is sent to investigate and he discovers a former OSI researcher, who was working on shark control technology, has plans to steal the submarine.

When Steve goes missing, Oscar sends Rudy Wells underwater in a bathysphere to try and discover what is going on. As he discovers that the enemy faction is raiding the sub for its compliment of nuclear missiles, the swarming sharks sever the support line, which leaves Rudy and the bathysphere stranded on the ocean floor with limited oxygen. Steve must escape his captors to save Rudy and prevent the theft of the nuclear missiles.
