A deer is illegally killed, and the person found with the body in the back of his truck apparently dressed it in a tutu. The man, who was completely drunk when arrested, was being interrogated by Nick and Brass, and suddently tries to escape and is pepper sprayed. Unfazed by the spray, officers then taser him and he bursts into flames and dies. Meanwhile an unbalanced woman wearing a tinfoil outfit at the front desk tries to warn people (including Nick) of an alien invasion. After observing the burning man, she later turns up dead with green-tinted blood. When other people turn up with the same problem, it's up to the team to figure out why. Meanwhile, an old couple dies, apparently in their sleep... but there is evidence the cases are related.

A flower salesgirl, who works on the street, wakes up one day at the hospital. The girl is very ill yet refuses to be treated since she considers that doctors are Satan's henchmen. The estranged mother of a cult member has the girl kidnapped from the hospital.

When Melanie's mother comes for a surprise visit, Trapper learns that Melanie has kept their divorce a secret from her for the last six years. Gonzo suggests that a doctor should work as a nurse for a week to get a better idea of the problems they are having, and he gets volunteered for the job.

Morty's ace in the hole, to keep him from impeachment, is the woman that Jerry stole the marble rye from, only she doesn't remember him, at least at first. The cable guy zeros in on Kramer, but he gets away. George's meeting with Marisa doesn't go as well as planned and Susan thinks he's having an affair with Elaine. The cable guy concedes defeat.

The shower heads in Jerry's building are being replaced with a new low-flow model; Newman finds a source for black market shower heads. The Seinfelds tell the Costanzas that there is no room for them in Florida that gives Frank all the incentive he needs to move. George is delighted. Elaine finds the cause of her opium addiction and finds a donor for her next physical. Jerry makes a joke on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno at the expense of Uncle Leo and he pays the price for making fun of the family.

The view of the officers is that it was more than a random occurrence and that a recently paroled drug lord, Jerome McFee, was involved in some way. Santoro's brother-in-law is arrested for possession of stolen goods, kept in a lock-up that has Santoro's name on the lease, which could cause problems for Santoro.
