The Unit 2.02 - "Extreme Rendetion" (2006)
A former member of the Unit is locked up in a Bulgarian prison and Jonas & his team must go to help him escape in order to find one of the world's leading arms dealers. On the home front, the women meet a young man who hopes to be part of the unit someday. However, in order to get extra money to take care of her aging mother, Molly takes a one time recruiting job to hire the man away from the military. Needless to say, members of the Unit family are none to pleased at Molly's new job.

It is California Presidential Primary Day in Los Angeles and the longest day of Federal Agent Jack Bauer's life is about to begin. Jack has just patched his family back together after a trying separation. Midnight finds Jack playing chess with his teenage daughter Kim. As she goes to bed, Jack gets a call from Nina Myers, his coworker at the Los Angeles Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU), telling him to come in for an emergency meeting. Jack has no choice but to report in, but he and his wife Teri learn that Kim has snuck out before he leaves. At CTU, Jack learns that an assassination attempt is being planned against Senator David Palmer; the first African-American presidential candidate with a serious shot at the White House. Jack's boss and friend, Richard Walsh, warns him that people in their own agency may be working with those who plan to kill Palmer. Teri receives a call from Alan York, whose daughter snuck out with Kim. The two decide to go out looking for the girls. A European photographer makes pleasant conversation with a beautiful woman on a plane bound for LA, with explosive consequences.

Jackson Cooper, a fugitive with a shady past, promises his girlfriend's father that they will have a great life together. When his past is revealed, Jackson and his girlfriend run away, taking down anything that comes in their way. To track Jackson down, U.S. Marshal Annie Frost needs to get Jackson's girlfriend to trust her. Frost is forced to confront her own history.
