This week in the Temple, Johnny Mundo decides he’s had enough of Dario Cueto’s games. Dario still owes Johnny 100k, and so Mundo gets his hands on Dario’s mysterious key as an insurance policy. This creates a massive problem for the boss and he agrees to give Johnny another chance to win his money, but viewers are left wondering exactly what Dario has locked away and why the key is so important. 
This show also features the debut of Pimpinela Escarlata. As the first "exotico" to appear in Lucha Underground, Pimpinela brings a completely different energy to the Temple. He faces Son of Havoc in the opening match.
The main event features a huge tag team grudge match. Sexy Star teams up with the high-flying Fenix to take on the new alliance of Chavo Guerrero and Pentagon Jr. Can Penta and Fenix steal the show once again? Yeah... probably.
