Jack manages to maneuver his way around the pitfall, and is able to send his acquaintance to a farm in BC for 10 years to oversee the project. Meanwhile, Kathy's son is having problems in school, fighting, cutting class, being in a gang... Jack tries to put him on the right path by training him to box. Things seem to be going alright until Kathy forbids him from continuing.
