It was a dark and stormy night that the gang chose to spend the night in the Hatfield's cabin. It was so dark and stormy that a witch decided to come out and play 'Turn the humans into frogs' with the Hatfields. Discovering that their friends are now frogs, the gang sents out to find themselves a witch, a zombie and hopefully wrap up another mystery.

Boss hires some local pirates to capture the Dukes and hold them while he buys cheap goods he can resell for a profit back in Hazzard. The pirates capture the Dukes, then capture Boss, steal all his goods and make him and Rosco walk the plank. It's up to the Dukes to keep Boss and Rosco from becoming sushi.

The Ghost Monsters steal PacLand's space shuttle so that Mezmeron can utilize a device that will allow them to draw the Power Forest's power pellets to the Moon, saving them the trouble of finding the forest. Pac-Man and Pepper pursue them in space to stop them.
