Often on Rememberance Day we will play War movies, and other tributes to the troops. However, for today I have decided instead to protest a case of political censorship, in what is supposed to be a free country.
The Great Canadian Talk Show with Marty Gold, an Abaza TV regular show has been taken off the air withouot notice by 92.9 at Red River College. The reasons given are bullshit, it boils down to a change of president from one who was business minded to one who is union/left wing, and probably can't stand anyone telling the truth about the political dictatorship that is the provincial NDP government. So, until it finds another home the Great Canadian Talk Show is off the air on Abaza TV, but today we opt to play repeat episodes all day of the GCTS with Marty Gold.
