Chris Jericho and John Morrison battled to a double countout
[Chris Jericho retained the APW Heavyweight Title]
Very even, hard fought match, and it looked at times like Morrison was going to win the title. After many near falls, the two tumbled out of the ring and neither could beat the 10 count back in. Both men were exhausted at the end of the bout. Steiner came down to ringside after the match but was intercepted by Mike Knox and the two of them went at it as the show ended.
APW Television Title Match
Scott Steiner defeated Mike Knox by disqualification

The backdrop for this match was that Chris Jericho wanted to make sure that Steiner did not interfere again in his title match with Morrison. So Derek St. Holmes, Esq approached Jericho and told him that Knox would take care of Steiner in the ring tonight, leaving him in no condition to interfere. In return Knox would get the next title shot against Jericho. St. Holmes then made the same deal with Morrison. Well things looked good for Knox for awhile, Steiner did make a comeback, causing St. Holmes to panic and pass a chair to Knox who used it; causing the DQ.
