As racial tensions erupt over the shooter’s death in custody, Sergeant Francis Donovan struggles to hold the precinct together while hiding his ties to Internal Affairs. Amid grief and suspicion, veteran cops, rookies, and families alike are tested in the aftermath of the bloodbath that exposes the personal and moral fault lines of South Brooklyn’s finest.
