IF I RAN ABC

This is what my schedule would look like

Monday

9:00pm Courtroom 302 (Drama)

(from Random House's web site, October 2010) Courtroom 302 is the fascinating story of one year in Chicago's Cook County Criminal Courthouse, the busiest felony courthouse in the country. Here we see the system through the eyes of the men and women who experience it, not only in the courtroom but in the lockup, the jury room, the judge's chambers, the spectators' gallery. From the daily grind of the court to the highest-profile case of the year, Steve Bogira's masterful investigation raises fundamental issues of race, civil rights, and justice in America.

10:00pm
Georgetown (Drama)

drama about a quartet of young staffers in washington, d.c. who share a dupont circle townhouse together.

Tuesday

9:00pm Poe (Drama)

period drama which envisions the famed author as the world's very first detective in 1840s boston

10:00pm  Detroit 1-8-7

Wednesday

8:30pm  Suburgatory

9:00pm  Modern Family

Thursday

8:00pm  Charlies Angels

9:00pm I PI (Drama)

drama about an investigator who learned everything he ever needed to know about being a p.i. from watching shows like "magnum, p.i." and "simon and simon" while growing up

10:00pm MI-5 (Drama)

drama based on the u.k. series about the work of a group of MI-5 officers based at the service's thames house headquarters in highly secure offices known as the grid

Friday
encore presentations

Saturday
NCCA College Football

Sunday

8:00pm Headhunter (Drama)

drama about a headhunter entangled into a corporate power game

9:00pm Hallelujah (Drama)

drama about a tiny town in tennessee which finds itself being torn apart by the forces of good and evil

10:00pm  Pan Am (Drama)

Not a bad line-up, but a lot of empty spots. I will miss Detroit 1-8-7 this year as it was the only thing I used to watch on Tuesday nights.
